Grilled nectarines with Salted Caramel granola

A super easy and above all delicious breakfast recipe! This time no yogurt with fruit, but fruit with yogurt! If that makes sense? :D


Needed? (for 2)

-2 rijpe nectarines (or peaches)

-200g greek yogurt 0%

-120g MAWRI Salted Caramel granola

-Fresh mint

optional: honey


How?

Step 1: cut the nectarines in half and remove the pit. Meanwhile, heat a grill pan on your fire.

Step 2: Place the nectarines with the fruit side on the grill pan and let them cook for a few minutes. The nectarines are ready when you see the grill stripes.

Step 3: Finish the nectarines with a spoonful of Greek yogurt, a spoon of Salted Caramel granola, a fresh mint leaf and possibly some honey.
