Fluffy kiwi pancake



Ingredients for 1 pancake (2 persons):

-175ml skimmed milk

-100g flour

-2 tbsp stevia

-1 tsp vanilla sugar

-2 eggs

-1 to 2 kiwis


Toppings:

0% greek yogurt

Powdered sweetener or honey

Pumpkin and sunflower seeds







How to? 🥞

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees and put a small frying pan in the oven.

Step 2. Mix all the ingredients (except for the kiwis) in a blender. Cut the kiwis in thin pieces.

Step 3. Add the mixture + kiwis to the pan and put in the oven for 20 min. (Grease your pan if it isn’t a non-sticky one)

Step 4. Finish with some 0% greek yoghurt, sweetener or honey and seeds.
