As dietitians we often noticed our clients found it difficult to find a healthy granola. That's why we decided to create our own granola. MAWRI granola is homemade, vegan and without added sugars and fat and still tastes delicious! 


How we like it?

SWEET: Our OG granola flavour; oats, sunflower seeds, dried fruit (abricot, raisins) and a dash of gingerbread spices. Our favorite breakfast dish using the Sweet Granola? Some low-fat yoghurt, blueberries or strawberries. That's it, the Sweet Granola does the trick. 


PEANUT: Second in line is our Peanut Butter granola. It’s for the real enthusiasts. How we like it? It goes so well with lowfat Greek yoghurt or skyr and half a banana! Doesn’t really need anything more.


CHOCOLATE: Because who wouldn’t want chocolate for breakfast? We chose the finest Belgian chocolate brand and you’ll be surprised how good it tastes by just adding some (skimmed) milk.


KURKUMA: A delicious salty breakfast cereal that fits perfectly with oranges and is a great and crunchy salad topping aswell. 


SALTED CARAMEL: A little piece of heaven! Delicious with ice cold milk or greek yoghurt and sour fruits like berries or pomegranate. (The salted caramel flavour is non vegan)


RED BERRIES: The newest member of the team. It's a bomb of flavour and we love to eat it with a few spoons of yoghurt, some fresh blue- and blackberries and we sometimes add some (homemade) jam for an extra touch of sweetness.

    Ingredients;  oats, spelt, pure chocolate, apple concentrate, sunflower seeds, coconut flakes, flax seeds, cocoa powder.

    Nutritonal values - 100g: 418 kcal, Carbs 60 g (sugar 13,4 g), Protein 12 g, Fats 12 g (saturated 4,7 g), Fibers 15,8 g, salt 0,01 g


    Ingredients;  oats, spelt, 100% peanut-butter, apple concentrate, sunflower seeds, coconut flakes.

    Nutritonal values - 100g: 428 kcal, Carbs 57 g (sugar 8,3 g), Protein 12 g, Fats 14 g (saturated 3,8 g), Fibers 8,8 g, salt 0,01 g


    Ingredients: oats, spelt, nuts, apple concentrate, kurkuma, coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, salt.

    Nutritional values - 100 g: 420 kcal, Carbs 56 g (sugar 5,8 g) , Protein 14 g, Fats 14 g (saturated  8,8g),  Fibers 8,8 g, salt 0,01 g


    Ingredients: oats, spelt, puffed quinoa, salted caramel, apple concentrate, coconut flakes, almond flakes, salt.

    Nutritional values - 100 g:  404 kcal, Carbs  64 g (sugar 10,8 g) , Protein 11 g, Fats 9 g (saturated 4,0 g ), Fibers 7,9 g, salt  0,05g


    Ingredients: oats, dried cranberries, dried cherries, spelt, puffed spelt, apple concentrate, sunflower seeds , freeze-dried berries, freeze-dried raspberries.

    Nutritional values - 100 g:  369 kcal, Carbs  69 g (sugar 19 g) , Protein 12 g, Fats 6 g (saturated 1 g)  Fibers 10 g
