PEAR CARPACCIO with SALTED CARAMEL GRANOLA
Ingredients (for 2):
-1 pear
-4 spoons of yogurt or fresh cheese
-120g MAWRI Salted Caramel granola
-1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
How to:
Cut the pear into very thin slices.
Divide 2 spoons of yogurt on a plate and place a few slices of pear on top.
Finish with the MAWRI granola and a spoon of honey or maple syrup.
